Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We understand that unplanned issues can arise and that you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully request that your scheduled appointment be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Salon Policy

New Customers/Credit Card

New customers are required to create a login that consists of your email & creating a password. To finish & confirm your online booking, we require you to input your Credit Card info! Once finalized you will receive a confirmation TEXT MESSAGE!

Credit Card information is required to protect our salon team when booking the appointment to cover for NO-SHOW or last minute cancellation. There will be no charges or deposits made at the time of booking.

Service Correction

If you are not satisfied with your Hair, Nails, Skincare, Waxing, or Brow Services you may call within 4 days to express your concerns. A complimentary redo must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. The service correction policy does not cover a change in the original Hair, Nails, Waxing, & Brow Services.

Full-service price applies if you have waited longer than 5 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist.

Correction requests, exchange, & refunds will be under the discretion of management approval.

All Service and Product Sales are Final

All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We can only offer to correct the service or address any problems that may occur.

Service Pricing

All Services on the menu and online booking are starting prices.

- Nails including Gel Mani to Acrylic Full-Set, Hard gel, & Gel-X may vary due to length, thickness, or Custom Nail Art Designs.

- Hair color pricing will vary due to hair length, thickness & the amount of product used during service. Highlights, Blonding, Balayage includes 2 bowls of lightener; any additional bowls will be an additional cost. Single process color include 1 bowl of color; additional bowls are an additional cost.
